Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 48hr to process your order. Expect an email within 48hr to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up daily, from our headquarter (Via Marucca 43, 10010 Burolo TO, Italy). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 48hr using GLS or another courier when needed. Flat rate shipping fee  applies to orders shipping to certain regions and below a certain cart price.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES IN ITALY/EU COUNTRIES: 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 0€ flat rate shipping when certain criteria are met (such as price of total basket above a certain level or product under "free shipping policy").

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lamarucca is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lamaruccacashmere@hotmail.it with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
